Firstly ,I tell you about high blood pressure .How we control high blood pressure ?
- First you need see in blood pressure indicator that tells you about your blood pressure.If blood pressure is higher than 130 or equally than 130 sys and dia is higher than 90 or equally than 90.
- Your blood pressure is high ,if above point is correct.Sometimes blood pressure is 128 that isn't harmful for you (Normal blood pressure is 120/80 )
- You need rest and drink somethings that has low salty.(like water)
- Longtime rest ,easily your blood pressure becomes low ,Avoid exercises because exercise do blood pressure increase.
- You need use lemon juice without salt ,if you have diabetes then you need sugar free lemon juice without salt.
- Salt doing increase your blood pressure.
Low blood pressure..
Second is low blood pressure that sys and dia is low than 110/70 or equally 110/70 .You need avoid rest because rest is harmful for low blood pressure.I'm tell you about some points that helpfull for you blood pressure ,if your blood pressure have low .(below points)
